We have “set” fares for all London Airports, London and out of area
jobs. All other journeys will be metered and are charged at Runnymede Borough
Council's set tariff which, as of 2nd April 2008, is as follows:
£3.20 for the first mile, £2.40 for the second mile and then £2
for each subsequent mile, or part thereof.
Waiting time is charged at £19.20 per hour, which equates to £1.60 per 5 minutes.
Between 22:00 and 23:59 every day, metered journeys (see above) are charged at time and a quarter of the above rate (25% on top of the normal rate).
Between Midnight & 06-00 every day, 18:00 & 23:59 on Christmas Eve & New Years Eve, and all day on Bank Holidays, all fares are charged at time
and a half of the above rates (50% on top of the normal fare).
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are double time (twice the normal rate).
Please Note: Gemini Cars are pleased to announce that we are no longer charging Runnymede Borough Council's prescribed rate of time & 1/4 on Sundays between 06:00 and 21:59.
Set Fares - Heathrow
From 2nd April 2008, Gemini’s fares start at £20 for Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4, and £16 for Terminal 5.
We currently have Student Discounts available for passengers who are Royal Holloway University students with a valid NUS card. Please phone for details.
Set Fares - Gatwick
From 2nd April 2008, Gemini’s normal fare starts from £68, however we currently have a special deal in operation, which means prices start from £60 for cash paying customers. Please contact us for further information.
