as easy as possible. Please find below details for the different options for collections from Heathrow and Gatwick.

Airport Pick Ups
We insist on every booking from an airport that we are given a flight number. We then constantly check your flight with BAA either in the internet or on the phone and dispatch your vehicle accordingly (please note that flight arrival times frequently change, and we are only as good as the information we receive from BAA!). When booking, please put the scheduled arrival time
of the flight. If the customer wishes to be met at set time after
the flight arrives please put this information in the notes.
Please
note that they will be charged waiting from the time the flight
lands, or the adjusted time if requested. At Heathrow and Gatwick,
the customer
can either be met inside the Arrivals Terminal, or outside at
our Pick-up Points, described below. However, we advise any customer
who is unfamiliar with Heathrow or Gatwick to be met inside.

Heathrow, we also offer a Meet & Greet service at the following rates per flight met (as of 1st November 2006):
£10 for a Domestic flight.
£13 for a Short-haul flight (European etc.)
£16 for a Long-haul flight (USA, Canada, Middle East, Japan, China, Australia, etc.)
All inside meets at any airport for any terminal
will be at the entrance to the Arrivals hall, as they exit baggage
reclaim, with the exception of Gatwick, which are listed below.
Please
make sure the customer has our phone number in case they are unable
to find their driver as many terminals are very busy at peak times.
Heathrow Meeting Points
Terminal 1
Terminal 1 International Arrivals Outside Pick-Up Point:
Make you way upstairs to the Departures level and exit the building near Zone E (as you enter the Arrivals Hall, there are lifts situated directly opposite you at the far end of the concourse). Walk across two traffic lanes then go down ten steps onto the lower level (which is level 4 of Car Park 1) and wait by the steps. (A trolley ramp is nearby if you’ve got lots of luggage).
Terminal 1 Domestic Arrivals (incl Jersey) Outside Pick-Up Point:
The arrivals gate for domestic flights is already on the Departures level. Turn right as you enter the Arrivals area from the baggage reclaim area and exit the building near Zone E. Walk across two traffic lanes then go down ten steps onto the lower level (which is level 4 of Car Park 1) and wait by the steps. (A trolley ramp is nearby if you’ve got lots of luggage).
Terminal 2
Terminal 2 – Outside Pick-Up Point
Exit the arrivals hall through the door opposite the exit from the customs hall. Walk down the slopes and exit the building through the revolving doors to the right. Walk across 2 traffic lanes, turn left and wait by bus stop 15, located at the far end.
Terminal 3
Terminal 3 – Outside Pick-Up Point
As you enter the arrivals hall from the customs hall, bear right towards the Information desk. Facing the Information desk, turn right and follow the signs for “Check-in” (Departures). When you get to the Departures Hall, exit the building and locate zone “D”. With your back to the departures building, walk directly away from it, across the lanes of traffic using the pedestrian crossing to the far side. Please wait in front of the American Airlines kerb-side Check-in Desk called Park Avenue which is next to the Valet Parking building.
As of March 2008, BAA have implemented a stricter regime for the traffic management on the forecourt in front of Terminal 3. Our cars are no longer permitted to wait at this pick-up point for any duration and as a result we are forced to request passengers to contact our office, either by mobile when they are physically at the pick-up point, or find a callbox inside the Terminal as they are just making their way outside the building to the pick-up point. Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting nearby, to make their way to the pick-up point. This is an unfortunate measure we have had to take due to forces beyond our control, and we thank our customers for their understanding in this matter.
Terminal 4
Terminal 4 – Outside Pick-Up Point
Make your way upstairs to the Departures level, exit the building and walk across to the furthest lane before the car park. Your car will be waiting in this lane for you.
As the driver will have to pull up where they are able to in this lane, because of the excessive traffic due to all the current building works, if you are unable to locate your car, please call us and we will advise you of the vehicle you are looking for and their location.
Terminal 5
Terminal 5 International Arrivals Outside Pick-Up Point:
As you enter the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, turn left and make your way to the Orange Zone. From here take the lift (the only one currently in operation) up to the Departures level, exit the building via the walkway and make your way across the zebra crossing to the furthest lane (opposite the building with the spiral staircase on the side). Your vehicle will pick you up from there.
Terminal 5 Domestic Arrivals Outside Pick-Up Point:
As you enter the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, continue straight along the concourse, past the Purple and Green until you reach the Orange Zone. From here take the lift (the only one currently in operation) up to the Departures level, exit the building via the walkway and make your way across the zebra crossing to the furthest lane (opposite the building with the spiral staircase on the side). Your vehicle will pick you up from there.
There is a similar regime to Terminal 3 in operation on the departure level at Terminal 5, so as for Terminal 3, we are requesting that passengers contact our office, either by mobile when they are physically at the pick-up point, or find a callbox inside the Terminal as they are just making their way outside the building to the pick-up point. Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting as close as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point. Please be aware that unlike Terminal 3, we may not be able to have your driver as close to the Terminal as we would like so, depending on where they are at the time that you call, it may take anywhere from a couple of minutes to 15-20 minutes in peak times for your vehicle to arrive at the pick-up point. Again, this is an unfortunate measure we have had to take due to forces beyond our control, and we thank our customers for their understanding in this matter.
Terminal 5 International Arrivals Inside Meeting Point:
When you enter the Arrivals Hall, make your way to Costa Coffee which is located directly in front of you. Your representative will be waiting there for you with your name on a blue and yellow Gemini board.
Terminal 5 Domestic Arrivals Inside Meeting Point:
When you enter the Arrivals Hall, your representative will be waiting by the barrier in front of the Giraffe Juice Bar with your name on a blue and yellow Gemini board.
Gatwick Meeting Points
North Terminal
North Terminal – Outside Pick-Up Point
Come out of the terminal building on the ground level via the exit opposite when you enter the Arrivals Hall. Walk across two bus lanes then turn left and wait opposite the car rentals kerb-side office.
North Terminal –Inside Meeting Point
Our driver will meet you at the arrivals area. He will be holding a blue & yellow Gemini board, which will have your name on.
South Terminal
South Terminal – Outside Pick-Up Point
From the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs to “Car Rental”. Make your way along the moving walkway and at the end head down to the ground floor either by the escalator or trolley ramp, still following the signs for “Car Rental”. When you get downstairs, exit the building and cross the road via the pedestrian crossing. Then turn left and wait opposite the "Passenger Drop Off" zone. Your car will be waiting in this area.
South Terminal –Inside Meeting Point
Our driver will meet you at the Airport Information desk, which is near the arrivals gate. He will be holding a blue & yellow Gemini board, which will have your name on.
When booking cars from the airport the
